I am licensed in Alabama with 6 years of professional work experience as a therapist and 12 years of experience in the mental health field as a whole in a variety of settings. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem, & confidence and depression as well as other issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
