Anne DeFederico

I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed with the state of Pennsylvania, providing counseling services with 8 years of professional social work experience. I have consistently worked with families and individuals as they live through and process grief and loss, coping with life changes. With a primary focus on the older adult and Senior population, I introduce Legacy Work as a tool to honor the worth of each person. Additional concerns often surface during my encounters and sessions with those I help, presenting the need to process unresolved history, such as abuse and trauma. I focus on what motivates, then build upon existing self-esteem and confidence, meeting my clients where they are. Together we will address and identify coping strategies to process and manage unexpected or anticipated life changes. I am committed to providing and maintaining an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
