About Angela Rossetto

You know that meme of that dog sitting in a burning room with the caption, “This is fine”? Sometimes it can feel as if everything is falling apart and we’re trying our best to cope with the stressful events. Therapy is a tool to improve your mental, emotional, and psychological stability to manage through stressful situations. Therapy should be collaborative and progressive. It should feel as if you’re making progress towards improving yourself and finding your strength, or whatever goals you have set for yourself.
My experience has been providing therapy to multiple different populations in a variety of settings. In terms of my style of counseling, I like to meet each person and see what would work best for them. I like to connect our thinking patterns to our emotions & behavior. CBT/T-CBT is my main modality, while also borrowing from DBT, ACT, and CPT.
Finding a therapist is like dating – you need to find the person who makes you feel safe and able to build trust and allow for vulnerability – someone you can open up to. Please feel free to schedule a session, or you can message me if you have any questions, and I’d love to help you get started on your therapy journey.
Currently open for appointments Thursday-Saturday. *If there’s an opening where you’d rather have the session start half past the hour, I’d be happy to adjust my schedule for you. By September, I will be open Sunday-Friday.
