About Amy Conwell

I use experiential techniques to help you recognize the destructive patterns of behavior that may be causing conflict in your life. By teaching you to expose the lineage of self-sabotaging patterns, you will learn to accept them as part of your brilliant landscape. Through this work you will release yourself from the binds that hold you hostage and become truly free to embrace your authentic self.

I am a spiritual adventurer who employs humor, compassion and to help you realize you are and have always been, “ENOUGH.” Allow me to support and guide your inner journey of self discovery toward becoming authentically human, and through this process your enlightened being will shine.

I have been working in the field of addictions, counseling, and pattern releasing for over 28 years. I have designed my programs to assist individuals to take a deep dive into self-discovery. My approach is compassionate and direct. I utilize several techniques to help open the process such as exploring family dynamics, and relationships through generational patterning, systemic work, family constellation, Field constellation, 12-Step practice, yoga, meditation, eclectic spiritual paths, and lots of humor.

“Amy is fun, honest and direct. I enjoy my sessions with her. She’s knowledgeable in the areas my partner and I need to complete our separation.”

“Amazing. She listens and provides feedback that is so valuable”

“Sessions with Amy always help me out a lot, whether it be validating the things I’ve been thinking about or things I’m concerned about and has always left me with a lot think about after a session, things that I could self-reflect on! It’s always a wonder to have a session with Amy, with her vibrant personality, understanding and also just a joy and fun to be around :)”

“Amy is fantastic!”

“Amy is a great listener. She offers suggestions and support where needed. She has also helped give me outside perspective on my life and makes me feel comfortable to do so. I feel I can be honest and she levels with me without making me feel weird about my life and it has helped m<br /> e find solutions. It is really refreshing to meet with her. The only downfall in the app is that you can only book one appointment at a time so we are not able to set up a consistent time. The time is worth it though so I will continue to work around it.”

“Amy is great. She is able to provide me with the exact tools that I need to guide myself through healing and a happier, healthy life. She’s funny and professional, and listened when I told her what I was looking for in a therapist. Would definitely recommend.”

“Amy is wonderful. She strikes the perfect balance between listening and responding. I like that she provides me with specific tools and strategies. I really like her mind, body, and spirit approach. You will feel heard and understood by Amy.”

“Many thanks for all the frank advice.”

“We just finished our first couples session with Amy and were blown away by the ease in which she connected with us and understood each of us. She was able to be validating without alienating one or the other by being direct and genuine. She gave us the much needed hope that we are on the right path and we are so grateful to have been matched with her.”
