About Aminata

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or stress, you don’t have to manage it alone. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can gain clarity and start moving forward. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and mood disorders, including Bipolar Disorder and Borderline Personality Disorder. My approach is compassionate, structured, and focused on helping you build practical coping skills you can use in your daily life.
I’m here to walk alongside you, not “fix” you. I help you make sense of what you’re feeling, understand patterns that keep you stuck, and build tools you can actually use in your everyday life. If faith is important to you, we can also integrate it as a source of strength and guidance. You don’t have to stay stuck. When you’re ready, support is here.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but your first session is simply a conversation. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, your current challenges, and what you want to work toward. Together, we’ll begin creating a clear plan so you can move forward with confidence.
