About Amanda
Hello, I’m Amanda.
For over 20 years I’ve walked alongside people through every kind of mental health journey—from crisis moments in psychiatric hospitals to steady, hopeful growth in outpatient settings.
My favorite thing is helping adults rediscover their strength, heal old wounds, and build lives that feel lighter and more joyful. I bring a calm, creative, down-to-earth energy to every conversation.
I’m also a mom, grandma, and wife—balancing real life just like you do. Those experiences help me truly connect with people from every background and walk of life.
I specialize in supporting people facing
• anxiety & worry that won’t quit
• depression & low motivation
• trauma that still echoes
• OCD
• relationship struggles
• anger that feels out of control
• addiction & recovery
Together we’ll work at your pace, using practical tools (CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused strategies and more) to quiet the unhelpful thoughts, build better coping skills, and create real, lasting change.
I believe you are the expert on your own life—I’m just here to offer a fresh perspective, gentle guidance, and a safe space where you’re never judged.
If you’re ready to feel more like yourself again (or even better than before), I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
*Please Note: I can not provide accommodation letters until therapy has been established for at least 30 days and I do not work with porn addiction or dissociative disorders*
