Hello, I’m Alexandria and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Master Certified Addiction professional (MCAP) and a DOT-qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) in the state of Florida, with over 10 years of professional experience helping adults, couples and seniors navigate life’s challenges.

I believe that healing begins when you decide to bet on yourself , to trust your own strength, courage, and capacity for change. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, safe, and supported as you work through life’s transitions and rediscover your sense of peace and purpose.

Throughout my career, I’ve helped individuals, couples and families overcome challenges related to substance abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, marriage, family dynamics, and much more. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in empowerment . I meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you build confidence and clarity.
