About Airy Mae Stocker

As a licensed therapist in Hawai’i, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating complex emotional landscapes. As a child of diaspora and being exposed to the cultural diversity, I am aware of some of the cultural and communication barriers that would make it difficult for people to seek help. My approach centers on helping clients develop self-compassion, overcome challenging life transitions, and build resilient coping strategies.

With extensive experience addressing anxiety, trauma, grief, and self-esteem challenges, I create a compassionate and affirming therapeutic space. I’m particularly passionate about supporting women, young adults, young parents, and individuals experiencing workplace stress, relationship difficulties, and personal growth transitions.

My practice integrates evidence-based techniques to help clients explore underlying emotional patterns, develop healthier communication skills, and cultivate meaningful personal connections. I believe in honoring each person’s unique journey and supporting their inherent capacity for healing and transformation.

I welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and am committed to providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed care that respects your individual experiences and strengths.
