About Tiffany
Are you struggling to remain psychologically flexible in an ever-changing world? Psychological flexibility means contacting the present moment fully as a conscious human being and based on what the situation affords, changing or persisting in behavior in the service of chosen values.
I work with clients to address a variety of behavioral, social, and emotional problems, including mood and anxiety disorders, codependency, life transitions, substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, ADD/ADHD and Autism.
Being a veteran of the United States Air Force I value helping military family members and veterans with transitional issues as well as other concerns. I have experience working in addiction treatment and enjoy working with individuals in recovery to address their underlying mental health concerns.

What clients say
- “She opens my eyes to things I have never really took the time to think or even play around with in my head.”
- “great therapist very insightful!”
- “She is great! Listens and does something I do when others don't like it on me. She puts herself in a situation that has happened and explains her experiences too. Some don't like that based on it's diverting attention from them but I really like that. She explains her experiences and stories to connect with me personaly. She's talking to me not at me. I like her better then anyone else I've had on betterhelp before.”
