Tosha Marks Vickers
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
About Tosha
I specialize in helping individuals through depression, anxiety, ADHD, women’s issues, fertility issues and offer parenting support. I provide support to ages 5 and older. I am a compassionate counselor with a history of experience helping students navigate the challenges posed by day to day life. I have a well-rounded background in school-based and clinical mental health settings- bringing a comprehensive, solution-oriented effective approach to therapy.
I provide therapy with warmth, kindness, optimism, and humor to help clients feel comfortable. I listen without judgment, offer honest feedback, and tailor treatment to each person’s needs. I emphasize mindfulness and understand the value of therapy through my own counseling experience, believing a strong therapeutic connection fosters meaningful growth.
Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. I provide a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you’ll feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
