I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor based in South Carolina with experience working across a wide range of settings — from inpatient behavioral health to private telehealth practice. I work with both adolescents and adults, and I bring the same commitment to both: helping people understand what’s driving their struggles and building real, practical skills to move forward.
My approach is collaborative and grounded. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy — I tailor my work to where you are, what you need, and what actually fits your life. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, relationship stress, or just feeling stuck, I’ll meet you there without judgment.
I have particular experience with adolescents facing emotional and behavioral challenges, including those on the autism spectrum, as well as adults managing the weight of everyday stress, life transitions, and unresolved patterns that keep showing up. I draw from evidence-based approaches and adapt them to the individual — because the research only matters if it works for you.
