Rebecca Lanier

Hello, my name is Becky, and I want to provide you with a safe, nonjudgmental space to help you achieve your goals. In our first session, we will meet and collaborate to discover your goals. In later sessions, we will work on your goals or discuss what you need at that time. I have worked with individuals who have experienced trauma, have depression, anxiety, or other struggles. I have worked teaching CBT, DBT, and substance treatment counseling. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and solution-oriented. I believe everyone is a unique individual, and so should their therapy be unique. That is why I use an eclectic approach and go at your pace. My job is to guide and support you to help you navigate through your healing growth. If you’re ready, I’m here to serve and celebrate with you through your journey.
