I have experience in working with clients of all ages, who suffer with stress and anxiety, problems with low self esteem, and confidence, sorting out live, and depression. I have also worked with children and teens, who have suffered different types of trauma. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
