I approach my practice with a person-centered philosophy, working with individuals to foster personal growth and healing. Utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Solution Focused Therapy and Attachment Therapy.
