About Brenda Fox

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona with over 12 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s most complex and multifaceted challenges. My clinical background is extensive, particularly in navigating high-stakes systemic environments such as substance abuse recovery, DCS involvement, and juvenile detention centers. I specialize in supporting the unique dynamics of foster and adoptive families, as well as providing compassionate guidance for those managing the profound transitions associated with dementia.
In addition to systemic work, I have deep experience supporting neurodivergent individuals navigating Autism and ADHD, as well as those managing the weight of Depression, Anxiety, and PTSD symptoms. My approach to therapy is deeply collaborative and rooted in the belief that you are the ultimate expert on your own life. Whether we are addressing the physiological impacts of trauma or the daily hurdles of executive functioning, I work to identify the unique strengths you already possess and use them as a foundation for meaningful, lasting change.
I understand that reaching out for support is a significant and courageous step, especially when you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or misunderstood by the world around you. In our work together, you won’t have to navigate these transitions alone; we will focus on building a more balanced and fulfilling life in a safe, non-judgmental space. I check messages a few times per week (Mon–Thurs) and look forward to supporting you on your journey
