Valerie Moore

I love being a therapist because I get to see growth and change in my clients! I am a licensed therapist and I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, life changes and depression. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take that first step towards change! I believe to find a way forward and to stop repeating behaviors you are unhappy with, you have to look back and explore some beliefs you have about yourself that you might not be aware of. Together we will take the time to find out who you are, heal some wounds and get you to a more peaceful and joy filled life. I have been described as supportive, caring, nonjudgmental and compassionate, with a pretty good sense of humor. I look forward to working with you!
