I’m a licensed therapist with over 18 years of experience helping adults manage anxiety, depression, anger, stress, and self-esteem challenges. I work primarily with individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or frustrated with patterns that keep repeating and want practical tools to move forward with more confidence and control.
My approach is direct, supportive, and goal-focused. I don’t believe therapy should feel endless or vague. We work to understand what’s getting in the way, build effective coping strategies, and apply them to real-life situations—especially during periods of transition, burnout, or relationship stress.
