About Dr. Kathryn Cornella
As a licensed Health Psychologist in Arizona, I bring a decade of compassionate counseling experience supporting individuals through life’s complex challenges.
My professional practice centers on helping clients: (1) navigate stress and discover work/life balance, (2) enhance self-esteem, (3) define life purpose, and (4) orchestrate successful life transitions.
As a PhD Organizational Psychologist, I specialize in evaluating executive/management workplace dynamics. I facilitate client-directed career planning by offering individualized consultations which include: (1) goal setting, (2) accountability, and (3) the celebration of achieved results.
As an Integrative Functional Medicine certified specialist (IFMCP , I offer clients state-of-the-art, evidence-based knowledge and skills to optimize their health and well-being.
Vibrant mental health requires a commitment to lifestyle choices that consistently support mitochondrial energy and vitality. Metabolic metabolism is key. Prescriptive exercise physiology, nutrient fueling, and sleep/circadian rhythm restoration empower everlasting change.
My PRCFMP, HMA and relapse prevention approach to addiction is deeply rooted in removing all neuro-chemical/energetic addictive substances and processes which affect: (1) mood, (2) self-control, (3) cognition, and (4) behavior. I help clients release past experiences through awareness, understanding and forgiveness. By actualizing best choices, clients experience new lives of ‘resurrection’ which welcome the actualization of their gifts and talents.
As a Catholic Christian, I provide guidance that respects all personal faiths and values which support intellectual, psychological, physiological, emotional, social and spiritual wellness.
I offer professional strength as clients courageously awaken God’s best actualization of themselves.
“Unconditional love is the flame that lights the world on fire .”
