I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 25 years of experience providing counseling services. I have worked with clients with vocational and career choices, self-esteem and confidence building, couples with communication deficits, and parents seeking parenting help.

I am open-minded and friendly. I listen to what my clients say and I hear what they don’t. I encourage deep self-reflection and genuine exploration of what the client can control. I believe in asking tricky, hard, and uneasy questions. The will be done with a level of kindness and delicacy. Clients will be guided into a better way of thinking which often improves behavior affecting solid mental health.

It is important every client walk away from their encounter more fulfilled than before.
