I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, combining professional expertise with authentic understanding of life’s challenges. My personal experience with grief and transformation informs my compassionate approach. I believe in meeting people exactly where they are and guiding them toward their own resilience and beautiful state of being.
