Yaritza Pineiro

My name is Yaritza M. Pineiro, I speak both English and Spanish. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I have experience working with young adults and adults in various mental health and addiction settings.

My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing and client-centered. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
