Throughout my career, I’ve worked with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, and the complexities of family relationships. I’m passionate about helping people build self-esteem, find their life purpose, and develop meaningful communication skills.

I work with clients who are struggling with isolation, loneliness, and the weight of past hurts—including supporting them through forgiveness and major life transitions.
