My name is Thiesha, I am a therapist licensed in Illinois and Indiana with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in behavioral health, and in the medical field, working with individuals, children, and adults. My focus is the treatment and prevention of mental illness, emotional, and other behavioral disturbances. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
