Te’Ron Simmons

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) practicing in the state of Texas. I work with clients who struggle with behavior change, burnout, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other symptoms that can diminish their quality of life and well being.

My therapy style is warming, encouraging, and inquisitive which allows me to better understand my clients mental & emotional states during sessions. I believe in providing unconditional support and creating a safe space as clients process and work through strong emotions and experiences. This is done through a framework that utilizes skills and techniques from cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, existential, and solution focused brief therapy.

Our sessions will be collaborative, where I will encourage you to always play an active role to get the most of out therapy. Goals and treatment plans will also be unique to each individual’s needs.
