I’m a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is grounded in helping you build self-love, improve communication, and find clarity around life purpose and direction.
I specialize in addressing isolation, social anxiety, guilt, shame, and the lasting effects of trauma. I’m also skilled in supporting clients through panic disorder, posttraumatic stress, divorce, body image struggles, forgiveness work, and control issues.
