Tahja Green-Carney
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
About Tahja
I’m a therapist who believes you deserve a space where you feel seen, heard and understood. I support individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, self-esteem and major life transitions.
My approach is warm, culturally responsive and rooted in meeting you where you are. I enjoy working with clients as they explore identity, spirituality, relationships and the experiences that have shaped who they are. Whether you’re healing from past hurt, navigating a difficult season or simply trying to better understand yourself, you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Therapy can be a big step, and I’m honored to walk alongside you with compassion, honesty and no judgment. My goal is to create a space where you can be your full self, feel supported and move toward the life you want.
