About Suzanne
“When ‘I’ is replaced by ‘We’ even ‘Illness’ Becomes ‘Wellness'” –Malcolm X. This is my approach to the therapeutic intervention. Healing the body, mind, and spirit will create overall ‘Wellness.’ Why is it that we make appointments to take care of our physical health but seem to ignore our mental health? Therapy does not have to be a scary or painful event, it should be a place where you can open yourself to the journey to reach your full potential. I am licensed in North Carolina with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, LGBTQIA+-related issues, trauma, and depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps toward change, I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
