About Stephanie Claudio

I’m a therapist dedicated and ready to support individuals and families through life’s most challenging transitions. I work with clients navigating stress, anxiety, transition, relationship difficulties, parenting concerns, and self-esteem struggles. I also have specialized experience supporting those with ADHD and related challenges.

My approach focuses on helping you build healthier communication patterns, process difficult emotions like guilt and shame, and work toward forgiveness and healing. I’m particularly skilled at supporting young adults, children and adolescents ages 6-17, and individuals exploring and/or undergoing adoption and foster care experiences. I also work with attachment issues, family dynamics, and patterns rooted in your family of origin.

I believe that understanding the roots of our struggles—whether they stem from impulsivity, obsessive thought patterns, or relational patterns—is key to meaningful change. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as you move toward greater clarity and connection in your relationships and within yourself.

I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
