I’m a licensed therapist in New York with extensive experience supporting clients through a wide range of mental health challenges. My work centers on creating a compassionate, affirming space where you can explore your concerns at your own pace.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and self-esteem concerns. I also have particular expertise in social anxiety, post traumatic stress, divorce and separation, body image, women’s issues, pregnancy and postpartum experiences, seasonal affective patterns, and family-of-origin work. I’m experienced in supporting clients managing multiple co-occurring challenges and those navigating fertility and food-related concerns.
