Sonia Shamoon

I’m a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. Over my career, I’ve worked with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, trauma, and grief. I bring a deep understanding of the complexities people face—including social anxiety, panic, posttraumatic stress, attachment challenges, and identity concerns.

My approach is grounded in compassion and cultural responsiveness. I’m particularly attuned to the experiences of those navigating multicultural concerns, prejudice, and discrimination. I also specialize in supporting women through postpartum depression, body image struggles, self-love, and life purpose exploration.
