I am licensed in Oklahoma with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients who are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I have several years of experience assisting families in resolving family conflicts as well as providing in depth therapeutic interventions to those with severe mental illnesses. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
