I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, licensed in the state of Texas with over 11 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety and stress, depression, anger issues, grief, PTSD and addiction.
My therapist style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, being non-judgmental, patient and compassionate while developing a trusting relationship. I employ communications of active listening, open-mindedness and empathetic connection in a therapeutic setting.
