About Shantele

Hello!

My name is Shantele Weaver.I am licensed in Pennsylvania with 4+ years of professional work experience in a variety of settings. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with addictions, coping with self-harm, coping with and managing the risk for suicidal thoughts and/or behaviors. Other areas of experience include helping clients with career difficulties, housing instability, re-entry into society following incarceration release. I also have experience working with compassion fatigue, cognitive decline due to aging, as well as aging in place or at home.

I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Thus, I firmly believe in practicing using an eclectic therapeutic approach, valuing your autonomy, preferences, and goals for your overall mental health and well being.

Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started! I look forward to meeting with you soon 😊!
