Challenges can come in any form, whether it be in your marriage, from family conflict, or parenting struggles, I make it my goal to walk alongside you in whatever ways you need.
I am trained in EMDR therapy for those walking through trauma, anxiety, or other adverse life experiences. I love working collaboratively with my clients, because you are the ultimate expert in your own life. I also love working from a systemic view, whcih means there are multiple sides to the story. We can work together to find out what will work for you.
