I am a licensed psychotherapist who provides a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore distressing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, together. Through this process, we can find ways for you to live the way you want to live your life. As a therapist I draw upon proven techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
There is no problem that is too big or too small that can’t be helped by psychotherapy. By connecting with another person to start a discussion, you have already started the process of changing your life for yourself and those around you.
