I am equipped to help clients find a sense of hope for a better future, while also learning to practice acceptance now. I have worked with parents and caregivers as they navigate their child’s heartbreaking medical diagnoses. I have also worked with many young adults who are overwhelmed by all of the “newness” they are experiencing in their lives.
You and I may be a good match if you feel unsure of what to do next or stuck in what has already happened. I offer a warm yet challenging environment where you can truly grow. Therapy can be a scary next step, so I applaud you for beginning.
