About Sarah Ritchea O’Connor

I am licensed in Texas and Washington State with 10 years of professional counseling experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern and Licensed Professional Counselor. I am open to all walks of life. I strive to be an open minded,multi faceted counselor. I am open to all races and cultures. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I do also have experience working with persons with all types of eating disorders. I also have experience working with many persons with Major Depressive Disorder, and some Schizophrenia, and BiPolar. I have also had much more experience in the last year working with persons of the LGBTQ plus population. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
