I believe that life can be challenging, and sometimes we all need someone to walk alongside us through the difficult moments. With over ten years of experience working in outpatient mental health, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals as they navigate depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and many of the unexpected challenges that life can bring.

My approach is compassionate, supportive, and solution-focused. I work collaboratively with each client to understand where they are, identify their strengths, and develop realistic goals that feel meaningful to them. I believe therapy should be a safe space where you can be yourself, feel heard without judgment, and work through challenges at your own pace.

I genuinely enjoy helping people recognize their strengths and discover that they are capable of getting through difficult seasons. You do not have to have everything figured out before reaching out for support. Sometimes, having someone beside you can make the journey feel a little less overwhelming. My goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and hopeful as you work toward the life you want.
