Hi, I’m Sandy, and I’m so glad you reached out. It takes real courage to ask for support, and by doing so, you’ve taken an important first step toward enriching your life.

I have provided counseling to a wide range of clients around the world for many years. I am both a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Professional Counselor. My work has included supporting individuals and couples with concerns related to relationships and marriage, communication, family dynamics, intimacy and sexuality, gender-related issues, and LGBTQ+ concerns.

Your goals and worries matter. My counseling approach is flexible and responsive. At times it will be supportive and reflective, and at other times more structured and informative depending on what you bring into the space.
