About Sandra Crisp

I treat a broad range of emotional and behavioral conditions such as depression, grief, anxiety, and more. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, chronic illness/disabilities, and addictions. Many of the people I see experience a combination of 2 or more conditions that can be treated together. Counseling is a shared process where I help you identify your goals and together we develop an action plan to meet your unique needs. I have almost two decades of experience in treating mental health disorders. I am licensed in Texas with a master’s degree in mental health and rehabilitation counseling, and chemical dependency counseling (LCDC). I am nationally certified in rehabilitation counseling and as a certified trauma specialist. I firmly believe everyone has the power to create the life they want, and I am here to support you in that journey. You don’t have to do it alone.
