I am licensed clinical social worker in the state of Minnesota and North Dakota with 13 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, depression, coping with life changes, and much more. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I work from a strengths based person centered approach.
