My experience is in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, & depression creating an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I am the author of a gratitude and prayer journal, and the book, Preventing Dementia Using Gentle Lifestyle Changes.
