About Rick Clements

Hello, I’m Rick. I believe life is about our ability to make healthy connections with others and to be our honest, true self while doing it. Life is complicated. I believe we all have challenges and that there is no shame in getting a little help when things seem out of control or beyond our ability to handle. While there are so many things like childhood experiences, trauma, complex relationships and even some of our own choices that got us to where we are today, I believe we have to recognize and accept where we are right now and then find positive healthy ways to move forward. Life can be better. Your life can be better.

My focus is on really getting to know you and helping you identify what challenges are the most concerning to you and then exploring solutions and providing you tools to overcome those challenges. I will also provide you support along your path as you use those tools. We will check in all along the way to see how progress is going and if changes need to be made in our direction. I have worked with a wide variety of people over the past 25 years and I see every new client as a new and unique person that I get the privilege of getting to know and hopefully help as we travel together on this journey.
