About Rebecca Wiklanski

As a licensed master of social work in Michigan, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating complex personal challenges, with a particular focus on building self-esteem and personal growth. My approach is deeply compassionate and adaptable, designed to meet each client’s unique needs and lived experiences. I have been trained in the use of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) as well as EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy).

I my goal is to create a welcoming and accepting therapeutic environment that honors diverse identities and perspectives, whether you identify as Christian, LGBTQ+, or are seeking a progressive, inclusive counseling space. My practice centers on understanding your individual journey and empowering you to develop stronger self-understanding and resilience.

Drawing from evidence-based practices, I help clients explore personal strengths, overcome self-doubt, and cultivate meaningful strategies for emotional well-being. I’m committed to providing thoughtful, non-judgmental support that respects your individual path and personal growth goals.
