I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida with 20+ years of professional work experience. I have worked with clients from age 6 to adults. My areas of expertise are stress/anxiety, trauma/abuse, parenting, depression, and coping with life events.
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards making a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
