Rayonia Burkett
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
About Rayonia
I’m a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. With experience across a wide range of concerns, I work with clients navigating stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, self-esteem struggles, anger management, and major life transitions.
My approach is grounded in compassion and cultural responsiveness. I create a welcoming space where you can explore self-love, improve communication, work through isolation and loneliness, and reconnect with your life’s purpose. I’m particularly skilled at addressing social anxiety, guilt and shame, forgiveness, body image concerns, mood challenges, impulsivity, women’s issues, workplace stress, and the complexities of living with chronic pain or disability.
I believe in meeting you where you are with authenticity and respect. My goal is to walk alongside you as you build resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward meaningful change at your own pace. Starting therapy takes courage, and I’m honored to support you on your journey.
