About Perry Bagley

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I support individuals, couples, and families in finding greater freedom, clarity, and connection in their lives. My approach centers on helping clients create space between themselves and the challenges they face, so that life feels less overwhelming and more manageable.

I work from the belief that lasting change does not always come from controlling or fixing external circumstances, but from cultivating a new relationship with our inner experiences. Together, we focus on building awareness of thoughts, emotions, and patterns as they arise—without judgment—so clients can respond with choice rather than react out of habit.

In sessions, I guide clients toward:

Developing the ability to stay grounded in the present, even during times of stress or conflict.

Learning to release unhelpful thought patterns and emotions instead of becoming entangled in them.

Discovering how openness, acceptance, and curiosity can replace resistance and fear.

Building resilience by aligning with values and inner clarity rather than external pressures.

My style is compassionate, calm, and collaborative. I create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore what is weighing them down and learn to let go of what no longer serves them. From this place, individuals and relationships can grow, reconnect, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling way of being.
