Penni Fontenot

I am licensed in Louisiana with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, confidence, depression, focus and attention. I believe that you are the expert of the story of your life and experiences, and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I believe that we all have the answers we’re looking for inside of us, but sometimes we need someone to help us dig deep enough to find them. Not everyone subscribes to that notion, or, they don’t believe they can do it. And that’s okay! My goal is to help guide you through those things.
