I use a DBT approach, where we will use mindfulness and healthy communication skills to reach our goals. I can treat a range of issues including depression, anxiety, addiction, substance use, relationship issues, stress, and adjustment disorders. I believe in social justice and cultural humility, so I will treat everyone with the utmost respect and will seek to learn from my clients just as much as they can learn from me.
