“I'm new at therapy and I have to say that I was very nervous about it. But Pamela is a natural. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease from day one. She is helping me to navigate through a lot of difficulties right now. She has a way of making me feel confident and I feel like I can rise above my problems. I highly recommend her!”

“Ms. People’s is a blessing sent from heaven. She’s welcoming, understanding, caring, patient, considerate and always sets a respectful and honest tone. She’s sweat and very gentle, but she’s also here to help, relate, troubleshooting, teach, train and allow what’s been taught to be applied daily. I enjoy how she ask me to journal and then reflect upon my thoughts at that moment later on. Then allow me time to get past that moment and then ask am I ready to move on. That’s really what I love a lot. That Ms. People’s moves on a pace that’s comfortable to me and my successes. Both big and small. We always utilize our time and it’s never cut short. It’s always enough time to vent, strategize, and as Ms. People’s would say for me to do the work. It’s helped me sooooo much. I’m not playing victim all the time now, and I’m taking ownership of not only my actions but for my behaviors as well. Ms. People’s allows me to talk, but she also says we have to do the work too. That’s only saying we can talk about it all day, but if we can’t or don’t get to the root of things how can we play to executed it. That’s what Ms. People’s calls the “Means and methods”. I’ve learned a lot and I’m even open now about telling my family and friends that I’m in therapy now, and it’s changed my life. Ms. Peoples is one of a kind, and most definitely second to none. She was blessed with a gift that she knows exactly how to use. I’m the blessing of that. She’s incredible and changing minds, behaviors, and life’s one session at a time. Thanks Ms. P”
